Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment and full payment is due before your scheduled appointment. Appointment Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the agreed upon appointment time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment to receive the full experience you have paid for. In Case of Illness: Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. Refund Policy: It is important to me that you are satisfied with your massage/bodywork session. If you feel that your Massage Session, Physical Therapy Session, or Ergonomic Consult does not meet your expectations, I will provide a full refund after your session.
